Biography of Mr Vibhas Ratanjee
Vibhas Ratanjee is a
Senior Practice Expert with Gallup, based in Gallup’s Singapore office. Vibhas
serves as the lead consultant to some of Gallup’s top clients in the
Asia-Pacific and Middle East regions. He has consulted with more than 100
organizations and his client portfolio spans the financial services, telecom,
retail, and pharmaceutical industries. Vibhas specializes in executive-level
engagement strategies and facilitates Gallup consulting programs, including
strengths-based leadership and succession management. Vibhas is an executive
coach and a leadership consultant to senior executives and CEOs. Since joining
Gallup in 2001, Vibhas has worked in Gallup’s New Delhi, Bangkok, and Singapore
offices.
During the past few
years, a major focus of Vibhas’ work has been in using large-group change
management techniques in organizational development; business processes; brand
and customer engagement; employee engagement; and vision, mission, and values
consulting for private and government organizations. Vibhas also developed
Gallup’s collaborative inquiry approach to large-scale change management.
Prior to joining Gallup,
Vibhas spent six years with various consulting and research companies working
in the areas of employee engagement, leadership, customer experience, and brand
management. Vibhas lectures frequently on management issues at industry forums
and writes regularly for several management publications, including the Gallup
Management Journal.
Vibhas received his
bachelor’s degree in business from the University of Delhi and his master’s
degree in marketing from the Indian Institute of Mass Communication in New
Delhi, India.
